Get ready to build lean muscle & burn fat in just 4 days a week.  LIIFT4 is an efficient, no-nonsense workout that combines weightlifting & calorie-burning high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

You’ll pack into just about 30 minutes on average what would normally take AN HOUR & A HALF at the gym – and you don’t even have to leave your house!

You’ll LIFT. You’ll HIIT. You’ll BUILD. You’ll BURN. And then you’ll rest with three strategically scheduled recovery days. 

How Does it Work?

One of the great things about this program is that you will not get bored because you will never do the same workout twice!! Plus, you will only be working out FOUR days a week & you will still be able to achieve incredible results.

The LIIFT4 program is divided into two parts: the first 6 weeks is designed to tone your body & the last two weeks will burn through calories & fat.

The only equipment required is a set of light, medium, & heavy weights or resistance bands.
