What is Transform 20?

It’s a total body workout for both the body and mind. Cardio, strength and core balance work using a step riser. It is not step aerobics but rather a nonstop 20-minute workout to burn mad calories (!!!), sculpt your body, and build long lean muscles.

Over the next couple weeks I have a program plan for all of my clients to help them get prepared for the start of TRANSFORM. I have a very specific fitness & nutrition plan that will help you get ready to start this 6 week program in January 2019. 

January 1st we will begin the preparation for this program to review the fitness & nutritional guide along with the how to's of my online fitness & nutrition groups. And then we will officially start the TRANSFORM :20 Training Group on January 14th - so it’s time to get ready!!!
